How I can help

One estate plan. All the important pieces considered together.

Estate planning is more than preparing a document. We look at your family, assets, nominations, decision-makers and intentions before deciding what needs to be done.

01

Estate clarity

See your family situation, assets, liabilities, ownership arrangements and existing plans as one complete picture.

Family · Assets · Existing arrangements
02

Islamic distribution planning

Understand how Faraid, Wasiat and Hibah relate to your intentions and the people you hope to provide for.

Faraid · Wasiat · Hibah
03

Nominations & incapacity

Review arrangements that sit alongside your estate, including who receives key benefits and who can act if you lose mental capacity.

CPF nomination · Insurance nomination · LPA
04

Family & legacy coordination

Bring together the people, documents and suitable instruments needed to support your estate-planning objectives.

Executors · Guardians · Trust considerations

A three-minute starting point

How ready is your family if something happens?

This short check does not tell you which documents to buy. It helps you notice which parts of your legacy arrangements are clear—and which may deserve a closer look.

I believe good advice should leave you clearer—not more overwhelmed.

My role is to help you understand what may happen to your assets, nominations and dependants if you are no longer around or lose mental capacity. Together, we connect Faraid, Wasiat, CPF and insurance nominations, LPA and family arrangements into one coordinated estate plan. Where an estate-planning objective calls for it, suitable financial instruments may also be considered as part of the solution.

Common questions

A clearer starting point.

Still unsure where to begin? Start with a simple question on WhatsApp.

Is the initial consultation complimentary?

Yes. The initial 30–40 minute consultation is complimentary and without obligation. After a brief WhatsApp conversation, we can arrange it online or face-to-face based on your needs and availability.

Do I need to have many assets before I start planning?

No. Good planning is about protecting the people and responsibilities that matter to you. A home, CPF savings, insurance, bank accounts or young children can already create important decisions to address.

Is a Wasiat enough on its own?

Not always. A Wasiat is one part of planning. Property ownership, CPF and insurance nominations, LPA, guardianship, trusts and other arrangements may operate differently or sit alongside it. The right combination depends on your family and assets.

Do you only help with documents?

No. We begin by understanding your family, intentions and existing arrangements. Where documents, nominations or suitable financial instruments are relevant, they are considered only as parts of the wider estate-planning solution.

Can we meet online or in person?

Yes. After an initial WhatsApp conversation, we can arrange a suitable online or face-to-face consultation based on your needs and availability.
